This page explains what happens to the details you share with Kateryna Watkinson Photography, based in Poole, Dorset. Questions about it can go to kateryna@katerynawatkinson.com.

What I collect

When you send an enquiry I receive what you type into the form: your name, email address and message, plus anything optional you add, such as a phone number, date, location or who’s in the photos. If you book, I also keep the details needed to plan the shoot and deliver your gallery.

Why

Only to reply to you, arrange your session and deliver your photographs. I don’t sell or share your details, and I won’t add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

The form is run by Formspree, which passes your message on to my email, hosted by Google Workspace. The site itself is hosted by Cloudflare. Formspree is based in the US, so your enquiry may be processed there.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Client details are kept for six years after your session, as required for business and tax records.

Cookies

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a small security cookie that’s needed to keep the site running.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Just email me. If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
